(Uncommon Wondrous Item): This sturdy, masterwork level is crafted from polished hardwood, with its central bubble encased in a Manastone cylinder that emits a soft, steady glow. Its edges are reinforced with Manastone strips. When held and activated with a command word (no action required), the Manastone within the level allows it to function with perfect accuracy, regardless of external magical interference or environmental factors like tremors. While activated, you gain advantage on any Intelligence (Investigation) checks made to discern structural weaknesses in buildings or constructions within 10 feet, and on any Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) checks made to activate hidden mechanisms or manipulate intricate stonework. The glowing Manastone also provides dim light in a 5-foot radius.
